An absolutely beautiful family run hotel. We stayed here in August 2023 and from the moment we arrived we were made to feel a part of the family (especially with our 8month old baby girl) and a feeling of instant relaxation.
The views are otherworldly from this hotel, and the large balcony we had in our room allowed us to really enjoy it.
The facilities were exceptional, the rooftop pool was great and every meal we had at the hotel was terrific. Ultimately it is the service and family run feel that truly made this an extremely enjoyable and memorable part of our holiday.
We will certainly be staying here again in the future. We highly recommend this location if you are after a more relaxed setting on the Amalfi Coast and best sunset views on the coast.
If we could give 100 stars, we would!! My husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary and my birthday. From start to finish, our stay was incredible. They decorated our room and brought us wine and chocolates! They made sure we had transportation to and from the airport, booked our excursions, and made sure we had everything we needed. Alexia, at the front desk, was so sweet and so helpful! I actually cried on the taxi from the hotel to the airport because I did not want to leave. This is a family-owned hotel and you can tell, because everyone is so sweet and so helpful. We are already planning on next stay there! We loved it there so much! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Everything about our stay was excellent. It started before we even arrived when they helped organize our transfer from Naples and a private boat tour. Once we arrived we were surprised with an unexpected room upgrade. The view!! It alone is worth 5 starts. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable. The location is perfect but what really sets the hotel apart is their staff. They went above and beyond on so many occasions to make sure we had the best holiday possible. I rarely write reviews but this hotel deserved it. We can’t wait to return!
The hotel was absolutely amazing, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the owner of the hotel was super, super nice. The room was clean, great location, and the view was stunning! We really enjoyed our breakfast with the sea, hills, and Positano view plus a variety of tasty food for breakfast. Good value for money.
We had the most wonderful experience at Tramonto D'Oro. My wife and I finished our Italy trip with a four day stay and we couldn't speak more highly of the service and amenities. We felt really lucky to find such an amazing place not knowing much about the Amalfi Coast and Praiano. If you're looking to have the Amalfi Coast experience without the crowds I would highly suggest Praiano and if you can I would definitely stay at Tramonto D'Oro.
